Tiny black tri male. Half collar and he
already has pretty copper coming in. He is the smallest in the
litter! He may or may not have blue eyes. I am pricing
him as is, either way for $800 SOLD!
Thank you Bari of MD!
Blue merle male. Full collar, maximum
white, he does have color where he needs it. Around his
eyes and ears. He is not a pattern white, but a tweed.
It is a similar color to a harlequin. SOLD! Thanks again
Brenda of CA!
Black tri female. This is the one everyone
keeps asking about!! She is a beautiful puppy, already has
bright copper and she's very small! $1200
SOLD! Thanks again Linda!
Black tri male. This guy is just a little
bit bigger than his tiny brother. He has striking copper, a
very symmetrical blaze and a spot of white on the back of his neck.
He's a cute boy, but then again, he doesn't have a choice with such
nice parents!! With or without blue eyes his price is $800.
SOLD! Thank you Terry of MD!
*About the blue eyed thing...
Everybody wants it and a lot of people are breeding for it.
I breed for conformation, size and color. Sidney is a beautiful dog, she
just happens to have a blue eye. I don't breed specifically for the blue
eye, because I can't explain how it works. I have been told by several
breeders that breed for it that if one or both parents have it (or even carry
for it) the pups can have it. Even if they don't get the blue eye, they
can, or should be carriers of the blue eyed trait.
Considering this is the way it works, here is what I have here:
Sidney, obviously is a black tri with a blue eye. Cooter has 2 blue eyes,
but that is normal since he is a merle. BUT his full sister is a tri with
2 blue eyes. So this could mean that he is a carrier.
All of this considered, these puppies could be blue eyed tris or blue eyed tri
carriers.
I've had so many people anxious to buy
these guys now, that I am going to go ahead and price them before their eyes
open. If they have blue eyes, they're SUPER cheap. (We've all seen
blue eyed tri prices! Come on, some $2000 and up!) If they don't
have blue eyes, they are still going to be very nice quality, small, possibly
blue eyed tri carrying, sweet and loving puppies!
So if you're interested now, get your deposit in! If you want to wait to
see eye color, if the puppies are not sold and DO have blue eyes, the price will
of course change. Otherwise, it might go down, might stay. Depends
on what I think about them at that age! I might hang on to 'em!! Its
a great cross!
I want everyone to be happy with what they get. If you have any questions,
please feel free to ask!!
