Purchase Agreement
Purchase price of the horse will be a total of $__________________. Non-refundable down payment of $___________ paid
on___________. Balance of $______________ will be paid in bi-weekly / weekly / monthly payments of $__________ for a total of
#________ payments. Final payment must be paid no later than_____________. If payments are not made on time and/or the balance is not
paid in full by the deadline the seller has the right to resell the horse to another buyer of his/her choosing and the buyer will forfeit any/all payments
already made.
THE CARE OF THE HORSE DURING THE PAYMENT PERIOD IS AS FOLLOWS:
The horse will be kept with the seller during the payment period. The basic care of the horse will be the responsibility of the seller. The seller
shall provide feed, water, and housing for the horse. The buyer agrees to hold harmless the seller for any illness or injury to the horse while with
the seller. Any veterinary bills incurred during the payment period will be paid by the buyer. The horse, registration papers, and signed transfer
will be turned over to the buyer when the horse has been paid in full. The buyer may complete payments prior to the deadline and pick up the
horse at that time. The horse can be visited by the buyer during the payment period only if the seller is present at the time of the visit. The seller
must be present when the horse is picked up. If the horse dies while with the seller, further payments will be dropped. However, no money will
be refunded.
I, _________________________________ agree to make said payments to PORTER HORSES. I know that I do not become a legal owner
of this horse until the full amount is paid to PORTER HORSES. I will also receive any papers regarding this horse when this horse when the final
payment is made. I also understand that any money that I have paid towards this horse at any time during this contract for any reason is NON-
REFUNDABLE. It is also understood to me that if anything happens to this horse, except death, I am still legally responsible to make payments
as agreed upon this contract. If any payment is more than 10 days late PORTER HORSES has the right to resell the horse.

Bill of Sale
This "bill of sale' is to certify that on this _____ day of _________________, 200____. _______________________Hereafter known as the
'seller' has sold the horse, ____________________________, to_________________________________, here after known as the 'buyer'
for the purchase price of $_________________.
Buyer and Seller mutually agree as follows:
1. Seller guarantees that he has full power to sell the horse; the title is clear and free from liens and is unencumbered: and further; he will defend the same against the claim or claims of all persons whomsoever.
2. Buyer agrees to purchase the horse as is. The title shall be transferred at the signing of the bill of sale and all responsibility of the horse shall transfer to the buyer at that time.
3. This bill of sale represents the entire agreement between parties. No other agreements or promises, verbal or implied, are included unless specifically stated in this written agreement.
4. This bill of sale is made and entered in the state of Oklahoma and shall be enforced and interpreted under the laws of this state. When the buyer and seller sign this contract, it will then be binding to both parties.
