The
breeder guarantees the puppy to be healthy at the time of sale. All puppies have
been vet checked healthy before they leave Porter Horses.
The
puppy has a 72 hour health guarantee from the date of sale. During this period
the buyer must have the puppy examined by a veterinarian - a well-puppy check
up. If the puppy does not get a well-puppy check up this contract is null and
void. After 72 hours puppy has no other guarantees of any kind. If the puppy is found to have an untreatable
disease within the 72 hours, he/she may be
returned to the breeder for another puppy of equal value, provided:
1. The pup is in the same condition as upon sale date.
2. A written statement from the vet as to the health
reason necessitating the return, along with contact information for the
veterinarian.
All dogs are sold as pet quality.
This DOES NOT mean they are not show/breeding quality. NO RESTRICTIONS are
put on my puppies unless otherwise discussed. You buy him he's
yours. I just ask that if you breed, you do so responsibly. The breeder is liable only to
the extent stated in this contract. No further guarantees, either verbal or
implied will be honored.
Buyer agrees to give Breeder first option to buy the puppy/dog back if for any reason it needs to be placed or sold.
I, the undersigned, have read
and understand the above statements contained and agree to abide by same. I
further understand that if I violate any part of said contract, the entire
contract will be null and void.

An
Important Note About Shipping:
Porter Horses Shipping Policy
If you need
to ship a dog, total shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and
due before the animal is shipped, including, but not limited to, the following
charges:
1.
Cost of
Health Certificate: $35.00
(Includes a second vet check, health papers and certificate of acclimation.)
2.
Cost of
Crate: $35.00 (crate is yours to
keep, they work great for house training!!)
3. The cost of shipping must be pre-paid to Porter Horses before the dog is shipped.
4. Continental Airlines prices are about $200 for any destination in the USA. For information you can contact Continental @ 1-800-575-3335 (We can ship safely during summer months with Continental Airlines! Ask for a list of customers who have shipped by air, they can tell you what they thought!)
5. Up to two puppies of similar age and size can be shipped together for the same price as one puppy as long as the two weigh under 50lbs with crate. (Can't pick one puppy? Buy 2 and I'll ship for free!)
